"Products" refers to books, merchandise, and any physical or digital items available for purchase. "Services" refers to offerings such as Personal Book Curation, event tickets, and subscription programs.
All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include any applicable book taxes but exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
We strive to ensure all product information, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before processing to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses once items have been handed to the shipping carrier, though we will assist you in filing claims where applicable.

For services requiring consultations, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may forfeit any deposit paid. Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in our Refund Policy.
